2. Account Registration

To use certain features of QRCodeStack, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscription and Payments

3.1 Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. You may cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.

3.2 Paid Subscription

• After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription at $4 USD per month.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

3.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider (Dodo Payments). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

3.4 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use QRCodeStack to:

• Create QR codes linking to illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Engage in phishing, scams, or deceptive practices
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute adult content, hate speech, or discriminatory material
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Interfere with or disrupt our Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Property

The QRCodeStack platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by SUPERSTORE SEVEN TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS LLP. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our Service without written permission.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload and create. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

6. QR Code Functionality

6.1 Dynamic QR Codes

Our dynamic QR codes redirect through our servers. We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

6.2 QR Code Preservation

• QR codes remain functional as long as your subscription is active.
• After cancellation, existing QR codes will continue to work, but you cannot edit them or access analytics.
• If your account is deleted, QR codes will stop functioning.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
